How do we collect payments?

All payments are collected online at checkout. If you're taking offline orders (e.g. paper forms), you’ll manually enter them into the system and can pay us by credit card through the site. If this is the case, we recommend collecting funds during the sale to avoid issues if someone moves or forgets their order. Checks should be made payable to your organization and deposited promptly to ensure funds are available. You’ll receive an invoice from us after the plants are delivered, with payment due ten days after receipt.

Are there minimum order quantities or packaging requirements?

Yes, all orders must be placed in full case quantities. For example: Poinsettias: 6 per color Wreaths: 6 per size Garland: sold by 70’ roll Our platform helps by only allowing checkout in the correct quantities. If your order isn’t divisible by the pack size, your organization will be responsible for covering any extras — which still might be useful for you to use for last-minute sales or decorations.

Can individuals place orders directly, or do all orders have to go through the organization?

Supporters can order directly through your organization or participant fundraising pages, with online payment options. This keeps things easy and ensures that your participants get credit for every sale they bring in!

How do we track who bought what?

Every sale is automatically tracked on the platform. You’ll see individual participant performance, supporter details, and total revenue per organization. You’ll also receive a downloadable breakdown at the end of your campaign.

How do we know when our fundraiser is ending or when orders are due?

Our platform sends automated reminders 24 hours before the end of your fundraising window — to you, your participants, and everyone they’ve contacted. You’ll also receive a detailed summary right after your fundraiser ends, including your order breakdown and next steps.

Get Delivery & Final Summary

You’ll be reminded 48 hours before the fundraiser ends
After it ends:
- You get an order summary + delivery information
- We send your order to our fulfillment team
