To get started, simply click on the Register button on our website navigation and fill out the information to create your account. We’ll ask for your organization’s name, logo, delivery details, and preferred fundraising dates. Once submitted, we’ll generate your organization’s custom fundraising page, and you’ll see on our platform everything you need to begin inviting participants!

Schools, sports teams, churches, booster clubs, and community organizations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana: anyone looking to raise money for a great cause is welcome! If you have supporters and a purpose, we’ll help you bring your fundraiser to life.

We recommend signing up at least 4-6 weeks before your ideal fundraising window. This gives your team time to get set up, spread the word, and collect as many orders as possible. If you’re planning around a specific holiday or event, the earlier the better!

We specialize in seasonal flowers like poinsettias and Easter lilies: beautiful, high-quality plants delivered fresh from the greenhouse. We also offer wreaths, garland, and other seasonal items. New product categories are in the works (like Power Planter Augers), so stay tuned!

We receive fresh and vibrant plants directly from our growers’ greenhouses daily, and they are boxed and shipped promptly to your organization. We only bring in plants specifically to meet your organization’s order. They don’t sit in a warehouse and ensure you have premium quality plants that support your fundraising efforts.

If your program includes a Christmas or Easter event, the plants make great decorations!  The buyer will receive a “Consumer Information” sheet with care instructions with their shipment. You can download additional Care Instruction sheets for your group from our website under the Resources tab. We strongly recommend distributing plants the same day they arrive (while still in sleeves to avoid damage) or no later than the following day.

Most groups begin promoting 3-6 weeks before the fundraising end date. You’ll set your start and end dates right after you create your account with us. Our platform includes email and text tools to help participants get the word out quickly: with ready-to-use messages, email graphics, and unique links to share.

All plants are shipped to your organization's chosen delivery location during the week as agreed upon by your coordinator and Festive Fundraising.

Once your fundraiser ends, you’ll select your preferred delivery week at the time of verifying and submitting your final orders.

We recommend promoting delivery as “the week of [date]” rather than a specific day to allow flexibility in case of delays (like weather or road closures).

Orders placed outside our delivery radius will be shipped to your designated central location, and your organization can distribute plants from there as you so choose.

Your organization is responsible for delivery of your order from your organization’s central delivery location to the organization’s end customers/supporters.  How far and wide your reach extends is up to your organization; however, please keep in mind that the plants should be delivered the same day that your organization receives the plants, but no later than a day or so from receipt at your organization’s central delivery location.  Additionally, your organization may sell to a supporter/customer outside of our delivery radius.   You could sell to nursing homes, hospice, schools, churches, food banks, wherever, however, your organization will need to organize delivery to all your customers/supporters, wherever you choose to distribute them.

Your organization may choose how to collect payment in any form that you choose (cash, check, credit card, Venmo/CashApp/PayPal).  Your organization will pay Festive Fundraising per your invoice for the cost of the product shipped to you, including all charges as agreed (including tax and freight if applicable).  What you collect from your supporters over what you pay for the product is your profit from your fundraiser.  Note that some forms of payment include fees for processing, so you should consider those additional costs in your pricing to your supporters.

Yes, all orders must be placed in full case quantities. For example:

• Poinsettias: 6 per color
• Wreaths: 6 per size
• Garland: sold by 70’ roll

If your order isn’t divisible by the pack size, your organization will be responsible for covering any extras, which still might be useful for you to use for last-minute sales or decorations.

Your supporters can order directly through your organization or via manual participant fundraising pages, which your coordinator can compile. This keeps things easy and ensures that your participants receive credit for every sale they bring in!  Your supporters will pay your organization for plants in whatever manner you choose. Your organization will pay us per your invoice in one payment for the cost of the plants (with tax and freight if applicable), and you retain all the funds that you’ve raised above your total costs.

Every sale is automatically tracked on the platform. You’ll see individual participant performance, supporter details, and total revenue per organization. You’ll also receive a downloadable breakdown at the end of your campaign.

Our platform sends automated reminders 48 hours before the end of your fundraising window: to you, your participants, and everyone they’ve contacted. You’ll also receive a detailed summary right after your fundraiser ends, including your order breakdown and next steps.

Most groups earn between 30–50% profit depending on the products and pricing tier selected. We’ll help you understand your potential earnings upfront and make sure your fundraiser is set up for success.

Your organization is responsible for collecting all payments from your supporters. We suggest collecting payment at the time of order, not at the time of delivery. Your organization will receive confirmation of your full and complete order prior to shipping. After shipment, your organization will receive an invoice for the order.  Your organization will be responsible for payment of the cost of plants and freight (if applicable) within the payment terms as agreed prior to our shipping. Your organization will retain all proceeds from fundraising in excess of your cost of plants, tax, and freight, if applicable.

If your organization has not established credit terms with us, you will be required to pay for the product plus estimated freight costs (if applicable) prior to shipment to you.  That’s why it’s beneficial for your organization to collect payment at the time your supporters/customers’ place their order with your organization.  However, if you have collected from your supporters when they order, you won’t be out of any funds.   After shipment, you will receive an invoice for the order, reflecting any prepayment that may have been required (if you don’t have established payment terms).

Yes! We provide participants with unique links, QR codes, pre-written messages, and automated emails to help spread the word.

Encourage participants to reach out to local businesses like banks, real estate agencies, doctor’s offices, and nursing homes. These groups often buy several plants for office decor or to gift to clients, and they tend to reorder every year!
