To get started, simply click on the “Start a Fundraiser” button on our website navigation and fill out the information to create your account. We’ll ask for your organization’s name, logo, delivery details, and preferred fundraising dates. Once submitted, we’ll generate your organization’s custom fundraising page and you’ll see on our platform everything you need to begin inviting participants!

Schools, sports teams, churches, booster clubs, and community organizations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana — anyone looking to raise money for a great cause is welcome! If you have supporters and a purpose, we’ll help you bring your fundraiser to life.

We recommend signing up at least 4–6 weeks before your ideal fundraising window. This gives your team time to get set up, spread the word, and collect as many orders as possible. If you’re planning around a specific holiday or event, the earlier the better!

We specialize in seasonal flowers like poinsettias and Easter lilies — beautiful, high-quality plants delivered fresh from the greenhouse. We also offer wreaths, garlands, and other seasonal items. New product categories are in the works (like Power Planter Augers), so stay tuned!

Our plants are shipped and arrive within 2–3 days of being cut. Unlike retail plants that may sit in warehouses or store shelves for over a week, ours arrive fresh and vibrant — meaning your customers get premium-quality plants and support a great cause.

If your program includes a Christmas or Easter event, the plants make for great decorations! The buyer will get a “Consumer Information” sheet with care instructions for each flower. We recommend distributing plants the same day they arrive (while still in sleeves to avoid damage) or no later than the following day.

Most groups begin promoting 3-6 weeks before the fundraising end date. You’ll set your start and end dates right after you create your account with us. Our platform includes email and text tools to help participants get the word out quickly — with ready-to-use messages, social graphics, and unique links to share.

All flowers are shipped to your organization’s chosen delivery location within just a few days.

You’ll select your preferred delivery week after you register on our platform. Once your fundraiser ends, we’ll send you a recap with the final bulk order. Your products will ship within 2–3 days of harvesting — ensuring they’re fresher than what you'd find in most retail stores.

We recommend promoting delivery as “the week of [date]” rather than a specific day to allow flexibility in case of delays (like weather or road closures). Keep your participant order sheets so they can deliver their orders directly.

To keep costs low and logistics smooth, we deliver to a single central location per fundraiser. Orders placed outside of our delivery radius will be shipped to that central address and can be distributed from there.

Orders placed from outside our 500-mile delivery zone will automatically be shipped to your organization’s main delivery address. This ensures supporters can still participate, even if they're out of range.

All payments are collected online at checkout. If you're taking offline orders (e.g. paper forms), you’ll manually enter them into the system and can pay us by credit card through the site. If this is the case, we recommend collecting funds during the sale to avoid issues if someone moves or forgets their order. Checks should be made payable to your organization and deposited promptly to ensure funds are available. You’ll receive an invoice from us after the plants are delivered, with payment due ten days after receipt.

Yes, all orders must be placed in full case quantities. For example:

• Poinsettias: 6 per color
• Wreaths: 6 per size
• Garland: sold by 70’ roll

Our platform helps by only allowing checkout in the correct quantities. If your order isn’t divisible by the pack size, your organization will be responsible for covering any extras — which still might be useful for you to use for last-minute sales or decorations.

Supporters can order directly through your organization or participant fundraising pages, with online payment options. This keeps things easy and ensures that your participants get credit for every sale they bring in!

Every sale is automatically tracked on the platform. You’ll see individual participant performance, supporter details, and total revenue per organization. You’ll also receive a downloadable breakdown at the end of your campaign.

Our platform sends automated reminders 24 hours before the end of your fundraising window — to you, your participants, and everyone they’ve contacted. You’ll also receive a detailed summary right after your fundraiser ends, including your order breakdown and next steps.

Most groups earn between 30–50% profit depending on the products and pricing tier selected. We’ll help you understand your potential earnings upfront and make sure your fundraiser is set up for success.

All payments are collected online at checkout. After delivery, we deduct the platform fee and freight costs, then issue a check to your organization for your net profit — no chasing down payments required!

No upfront costs. We only deduct a small platform fee and actual shipping cost from your total raised, after the fundraiser ends. The rest goes directly to your organization.

Yes! We provide participants with unique links, QR codes, pre-written messages, and social graphics to help spread the word.

Yes! Each participant gets a unique fundraising link and QR code they can share with friends and family. We also provide ready-to-go promotional images and automated messages (via email or text) they can send out with a single click.

Encourage participants to reach out to local businesses like banks, real estate agencies, doctor’s offices, and nursing homes. These groups often buy several plants for office decor or to gift to clients — and they tend to reorder every year!
